APARTMENTS AT ALBION MEADOWS

At the heart of a happy home is loving the space in which you live. Each apartment has been designed to provide you with a balance of beauty, function and space.

From the thoughtfully designed open plan kitchen and living room spaces, to the spacious shower rooms with ample storage and utilities, care has been taken to ensure everyday living is easier and more pleasurable for you.

Light is a key feature in your new home. The bright living room is flooded with natural light through the large easy-slide door providing level access to your private balcony or terrace where you can enjoy great views, the country air, and your morning cup of tea.

For peace of mind, each apartment has a warden call service for any eventuality, big or small. This service is there for you 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Apartment Specifications

When designing the apartments, careful attention was paid to light and space. Studies show that wellbeing is improved through natural light, something you’ll be able to access in abundance with your own large balcony or terrace..

Also with their modern construction they are energy efficient and economical to run. Underflooring heating ensures all rooms are toasty and each room is individually controllable. Each generously proportioned apartment, whether one-bedroom or two-bedroom, include the following:

  • Crown kitchens with stone worktops and fitted appliances (including Bosch- oven, microwave, hob , hood and Iberna fridge freezer and dishwasher)
  • Separate utility (with plumbing for washing machine)
  • Wet room style bathrooms with Porcelanosa tiles and furniture 
  • The onsite biomass plant provides economical underfloor heating, with controls for each room, and hot water. 
  • Open plan kitchen/diner /living room 
  • A large sliding door that lead to a spacious balcony or terrace
  • Secure door entry entry system 
  • Allocated parking

The two bedroom apartments have an additional guest shower room or cloakroom. 

Security

To give you peace of mind there is a reception that is open from 9-4pm Monday to Sunday (excluding bank holidays)  to offer assistance and support.  Each apartment will have a door entry system as well as a 24-hour emergency warden call. 

Parking

Each apartment comes with an allocated parking space. There will be visitor and disabled parking available as well as communal  EV charging. 

1 Bed apartments- first and second floor

All the one bedroomed apartments are south facing and offer comfortable, relaxed living.  On the first floor balconies offer views over the village and beyond whilst the ground floor ones have a terrace and easy access to reception, private owners’ lounge, restaurant, gym, salon and treatment room all on one level.  You even have your own well equipped utility room.

2 Bedroomed apartments -first and second floor

All these offer beautiful views across the countryside through the large sliding doors and full length windows. On the ground floor there is a spacious terrace with views across the meadows whilst the first floor offers generous balconies. All apartments benefit from an allocated parking space, easy access to reception, private owners’ lounge, restaurant, gym,  salon and treatment room. All with a spacious utility room. The first floor is accessed by both stairs and lift. 

2 bedroomed apartments – second floor

These four top floor apartments are the largest of the apartments with sizable balconies, two of which wrap around the ends giving wonderful dual aspect views. Each has a second shower room in addition to the ensuite. Again you have all the benefits of the reception, private owner’s lounge, restaurant, gym, salon and treatment room.
