We’d love to welcome you to our beautiful retirement development on

Thursday, 27th August, from 10:30am–12:00pm, for an informal chat and a relaxed look around our community.

Take the opportunity to explore our stunning show apartments. You can see one our lovely one-bedroom apartments, which can be rented or purchased, as well as having an opportunity to explore the owner’s lounge, gym, hair salon, and, of course, enjoy the beautiful countryside views.

Whether you’re simply curious or considering retirement living for yourself or a loved one, we’d be delighted to meet you.

If you would like to come and enjoy the beautiful countryside for a bit longer, we offer a ‘try-before-you-buy’ experience, allowing you to experience the genuinely peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of Albion Meadows. It’s also a wonderful way to discover everything on offer — from the gym and beautifully kept gardens to the owners’ lounge, as well as the surrounding local wildlife.

Vacant Apartments

Should an apartment become vacant, the service charge will now be reduced by 50% until the apartment is occupied again. We hope this will provide reassurance and practical support to residents and their families.

Free Heating for a Whole Year

A reminder that our Free Heating for a Whole Year offer is available on reservations made by the end of December 2026 — adding extra comfort and value to your move.

Rental Opportunities Available

This provides a wonderful opportunity to experience daily life at Albion Meadows before making any long-term decision. You can simply rent a one-bed apartment for £2,300 per month, including the service charge, under a standard Assured Periodic Tenancy or, should you decide to purchase within 12 months of the start of your tenancy, the rental portion of your monthly payment will be returned upon completion, offering flexibility and reassurance.
