Beautiful Crocus    

There is always something beautiful to behold at Albion Meadows. Today we have noticed that there are some Autumn flowering crocus flowering in the meadow creating a wonderful purple haze. It is amazing how these things can just pop up.

This week, we have undertaken a review and decided to offer a limited number of two-bed apartments for rent. I will be contacting those who have expressed interest previously in renting early next week with the details for this exciting opportunity before releasing them to a wider audience.

When selling an apartment …

Should an apartment become vacant, the service charge will now be reduced by 50% until the apartment is occupied again. We hope this will provide reassurance and practical support to residents and their families.

A reminder that our Free Heating for a Whole Year offer is available on reservations made by the end of December 2026 — adding extra comfort and value to your move.

Rental Opportunities Available

This provides a wonderful opportunity to experience daily life at Albion Meadows before making any long-term decision. You can simply rent a one-bed apartment for £2,300 per month, including the service charge, under a standard Assured Periodic Tenancy or, should you decide to purchase within 12 months of the start of your tenancy, the rental portion of your monthly payment will be returned upon completion, offering flexibility and reassurance.
