Now that we have launched a limited number of two-bed apartments for rent, I thought that I would share some details with you.

The two-bed rental apartments have the same fantastic features that are included, such as an hour and a half of cleaning per week, access to the exercise room and all the classes and the wonderful grounds to name but a few. 

You can also enjoy wonderful countryside views, discover the secret garden and formal gardens and become part of the vibrant and friendly community.

When selling an apartment …

Should an apartment become vacant, the service charge will now be reduced by 50% until the apartment is occupied again. We hope this will provide reassurance and practical support to residents and their families.

Rental Opportunities Available

This provides a wonderful opportunity to experience daily life at Albion Meadows before making any long-term decision. You can simply rent a one-bed apartment for £2,300 per month or a two-bed for £2,800 , including the service charge, under a standard Assured Periodic Tenancy or, should you decide to purchase within 12 months of the start of your tenancy, the rental portion of your monthly payment will be returned upon completion, offering flexibility and reassurance.
