You can simply rent a one-bed apartment for £2,300 per month, including the service charge, under a standard Assured Periodic Tenancy or, should you decide to purchase within 12 months of the start of your tenancy, the rental portion of your monthly payment will be returned upon completion, offering flexibility and reassurance.
